In-Home Supports
“Care About You” provide a range of supports to our service users within their own homes.
These supports include:
- Food preparation and assisting with feeding, assisting and encouraging personal care, assisting with dressing and toileting. All of these supports are carried out whilst promoting the independence of the service user as much as possible.
- We also prompt and remind service users to take their medication. We provide emotional support and companionship, the importance of this has been unmistakably evident through the coronavirus pandemic.
- We support our service users with their shopping needs whilst providing reassurance of the proper use of their money by documenting and recording all transactions in financial record sheets which are in the service users file within their home.
- We also offer support and assistance with domestic tasks including, cleaning, ironing, laundry and general up keep of the rooms that the service user utilizes.
Services
Our unique attributes over some other Service providers is that we provide Disability Care, Home Care and Medical Aids and Appliances to assist all individuals live as independently as possible in their own home environment.
