Community Integration:
At “Care About You” we are aware that unfortunately many people with disabilities or those who experience social isolation for a variety of reasons can suffer from much reduced involvement with their local communities. We can support you to have fuller participation in your local community. We can also support you to have a valued social role and to access services and recreational facilities.
Personal Care and Support:
At “Care About You” we are experienced at assisting individuals with all aspects of personal care including assisting with bathing/showering/bed bath, toileting, incontinence wear, catheter/convene assistance, feeding, dressing. There is a direct link between maintaining strong personal care and quality of life.


Independent Living:
At “Care About You” we have extensive experience in assisting people with physical, mobility or intellectual disabilities/mental health difficulties to lead an independent and meaningful life. We also have experience in supporting young people who are leaving residential or foster care placements to adapt to independent living. This includes teaching and empowering young people to:
