Ian has extensive senior management experience with Irish SME’s and large multinational organizations (mainly in the hi-tech sector). Prior to joining Care About You Ian worked for 3 1/2 years with the TTM Healthcare Group – the final 18 months as Managing Director of their Advanced Healthcare & Residential Disability Services arm (Resilience Healthcare Ltd.) Ian is passionate about providing individuals with person centered care based on individualized care plans and informed decision making focused on maximizing each individuals abilities and supporting them within their own communities.

Natalie is a Registered Nurse with over 12 years’ experience. Natalie qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2001 in the University of Central England and since then has worked in a number of settings both in Ireland and the UK, such as Psychiatric and General Nursing as well as working in HSE Residential Child and Adolescent Services. Natalie is very driven to ensure that best standards of clinical and evidence-based practice are maintained at all times and ensures that client needs and requirements are at the centre of all care processes.Natalie is also registered with An Bord Altranais, the Irish Nursing Board.

Orla is a member of the Midlands Care About You team. As staffing and operations administrator, Orla’s role involves recruitment, staff training and development. She is also responsible for the careful selection and assignment of employees to individual service users. Orla has many years’ experience working in the home care sector, where she has recruited and coordinated over 60 employees at any given time. She is a graduate of NUI Galway, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons) in Sociology, Political Science and English.

Sandy is the Social Care Coordinator in the Midlands. Sandy has extensive experience in delivering and managing home & community support to vulnerable people. Sandy has in-depth knowledge in providing person centered supports to people with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities. Sandy works closely with the clients and their families to develop holistic support agreements. Sandy is responsible for supervising and mentoring support staff in the customer’s home and in the community. Sandy has a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Health and Social Care and is currently completing her Honours Degree in Social Care Practice.

Mary is responsible for the planning, organising and supervision of the purchasing functions of Care About You. Mary has vast experience in Office Accounts and Administration and has many years experience at management level with in her role. Mary joined Care About You in the early stages of the organisation and was very much involved in the initial set up of Care About You. Her experience contributed to the current success of Care About You.

Jose comes to us with more than 10 year’s experience in the field of physiotherapy care. Current member of the ISCP (Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists) and has extensive experience in the primary and homecare environments. Jose is motivated to get all individuals back on their feet and pain free. Jose incorporates (portable) ultra sound technology in his treatments that is excellent at reducing swelling and pain over “soft tissue injuries” and he also prescribes after care exercise programmes to maintain the mobility and pain free periods for each individual. Bookings for physiotherapy services start from 1 hour treatment episodes.
